So…My studio flooded.

3 times.

so that meant, for awhile, I moved newborn sessions to upstairs in my Sugar Hill home.  It’s fun to change things up with different flooring options and textures.

I have been photographing this sweet family since baby girl #1 came along.  This family has two sweet girls…now they have a handsome son.  The littlest sister flat out refused to be in pictures with baby and believe you me….we TRIED!   But she is only 18 months old and still a baby herself, so you do what you can…and then move on.  But big sister was thrilled to snuggle her brother…so here you go…
I love the simplicity of these mamma and baby photos and want to do more like this in the future!

I love this little bed.  I need to find a few more, the same size, but different styles! <3

These beauties have become more like family, in some ways, then clients.  We are definitely in the friend zone and I am so blessed to know them.  Nikki & Raheem are kind, compassionate and generous and a blast to be around.  I took them to one of my favorite spots down by the chattahoochie river for their maternity pictures and then once baby boy arrive, we did a photoshoot in their cozy home in Suwanee Georgia.  I love my newborn studio, but every once in awhile it’s fun to take a session on location.  Using a client’s beautiful home adds a certain charm to the images that you cannot duplicate in the studio. These family pictures are so of my favorites!  I mean…look at these beautiful children…how could I possibly mess this up? I adore little sister’s heart that her hair makes! <3  Just one image to celebrate daddy’s passion & job….Atlanta Falcon’s football!

This little mamma had her baby in a different state and then came to bring me her gorgeous family once they got back to the Peach state!  Talk about a photographer’s dream come true.  Aren’t they gorgeous? She wanted to focus on getting some images of her growing family and then a few to highlight daddies passion and full time job, Atlanta Falcon’s Football. I was happy to oblige! Feast your eyes on these lovlies!

I loved mamma’s off the shoulder sweater and kinda want all of my clients to wear one! It’s so snuggly!

Daddy was so tall!  I was on my tall ladder & on my TIPPY TOES to get these images!

Sweet baby boy Z was oh so charming and his gorgeous parents and grandmother were too.  The Harvey family came to my little studio in Sugar Hill Ga and we had a relaxed time just loving on this little bundle of pure joy.  I love the time I get to spend with my families as we wait for little ones to fall into deeper levels of sleep.  I learn so much about their personalities and lives and we truly become kindred spirits.  I hold the Harvey family close to my heart and feel so blessed to watch this little man grow! It is completely amazing to me what the human body is capable of.  It is amazing what a woman’s body was designed to do!  Here she is, Super Woman….no cape or costume required. <3

This mamma is an amazing Barre instructor!  She films live sessions from her home studio that are televised directly to your home so you can barre in the bare if you so wish! I just love it because she is SO REAL!  Many of her sessions include her adorable 3 boys climbing all over her and she shows you how to get YOUR time in, while still being in the thick of motherhood!  Besides the mom factor, she is extremely knowledgeable and is a terrific, up beat, instructor!  It’s excellent!  You can check her out on instagram @barrealley

I love getting to follow my sweet clients from the maternity stage to the newborn stage to the walking, talking and being so darn cute stages! This beautiful family came from Alpharetta, Georgia for their session!  We did some in the Alpharetta home and then another day they came here to my Sugar Hill, Georgia studio!  We like to change up locations to give us a wide variety of images!  You can check out their maternity session HERE.
