This little guy’s perfectly fluffy mohawk is completely divine, isn’t it?!
I had such a good time with Tucker Kent and his mommy and daddy! The image of Tucker’s little fingers wrapped around his daddy’s finger is especially close to my heart! As I was setting up the shot, I asked Daddy what his bracelet stood for. Ian, Baby Tucker’s Daddy, explained that he wears this braclet to honor his brother, Adam, who passed away after battling cancer. Adam Kent Childress was a police officer in Roanoke County VA. Baby Tucker Kent is named after him.
The bracelet reads “Signal 2 for Adam”. Ian said that signal 2 was the code for an officer who needs help.
Where I originally thought that the bracelet could be a distraction to the image….it is just the opposite. The bracelet completes it! Thank you for sharing your story beautiful Childress family!
